Problem with sitting on the toilet

Much of the world still squats to go to the toilet. Squatting is the natural way our body was design to eliminate waste. When we sit on a western toilet (similar to sitting on a chair). When sitting on the toilet there is a kink in the colon due to the posture which causes blockages and problems. 

Having a blocked colon can cause problems.

Hemarroids, constipation and bloating are far less significant in countries where it is common to squat.
